HumanInTech is seeking an experienced incident analyst to join a newly formed team focused on high-quality service and swift resolutions for a critical energy sector platform. You will handle transactional processing and message exchange, analyse incidents with SQL, and coordinate with grid operators and suppliers.

The setting involves working in Brussels with a multi-year engagement and options for freelancer or employee paths within the same team, with occasional travel as needed.

Competenze

• Proven experience in functional/incident analysis within IT service management.
• Experience elaborating business and functional requirements (BPMN, modelling).
• Experience with third-party IT service providers and energy sector players.
• Knowledge of message exchange domains and MIG documentation is a plus.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills with ticketing tools expertise.

• Analyse incidents and assess impact on systems, grid operators and suppliers.
• Explain issues clearly to customers and IT vendors.
• Create, document and execute workarounds when possible.
• Share knowledge across the team and update the knowledge base.
• Provide feedback to problem and change teams for recurring incidents.
