WLG Defence Brussels is seeking a senior service delivery technician to manage end-user ICT support in a Brussels-based environment, ensuring the Windows estate and desktop apps run smoothly.

You will work with Configuration Manager, maintain consistency of the estate, and be the go-to person when simple fixes fail. This is an on-site role with standard hours and no travel, offering a stable, senior position within a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant ICT service management experience or four years with a secondary qualification.
• Proficient with ICT service management tools such as Configuration Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and desktop applications (MS 365, MS Office, Adobe).

Responsabilités

• Deliver day-to-day ICT service support across the end-user environment.
• Use IT administration tooling for service management (Microsoft Configuration Manager).
• Support Windows OS and common desktop applications (MS 365, MS Office, Adobe).
• Manage IT hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Collaborate across Windows network components.
• Take on related duties as the service requires.
