WLG in Brussels is seeking a senior service delivery technician to support the end-user environment, including Windows OS, desktop apps, and hardware. You will be the go-to expert when common fixes fail and must keep the estate consistent.

Join a multinational defence organisation for a fixed-term engagement from early November to December 2026, on-site in Brussels with standard office hours and no travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering ICT service support to end users.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Configuration Manager and ITSM tooling.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and common desktop applications.

Responsabilités

• Deliver day-to-day ICT service support across the end user environment.
• Work in IT administration tooling such as Configuration Manager.
• Support Windows operating systems, MS 365 and Adobe applications.
