WLG in Brussels is seeking an experienced service delivery technician for its end-user environment. The role focuses on the Windows estate, desktop apps, and hardware to keep the IT service running smoothly.

You will work with Microsoft Configuration Manager, support current Windows OS and MS 365, and handle IT hardware. The position is full-time on-site in Brussels with no travel, from early November to December 2026.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience with higher vocational training.
• Experience with ICT service management tooling and Windows OS.
• Knowledge of IT hardware and networking under Windows.
• Desirable: MCDST, ITIL service operations, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver day-to-day ICT service support across the end user environment.
• Utilise Configuration Manager and other IT administration tooling.
• Support Windows OS, MS 365, MS Office and Adobe applications.
• Handle IT hardware and associated equipment.
• Work across Windows networking in a Microsoft environment.
• Take on related duties as the service requires.
