WLG in Mons, Belgium is seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to install, configure and maintain the full range of workstations, printers and network devices that keep a multinational defence site running. You will also manage user access, deploy software via SCCM, and ensure security and asset management on-site.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ or MCITP certification required.
• Hands-on with Microsoft SCCM and software deployment.
• Experience managing Active Directory objects, users and permissions.
• Three years in a communications/information systems environment.
• Three years supporting users, desktop hardware and software.
• Three years in an IT administration role.
• Solid understanding of PC deployment and rollout.
• Familiarity with current OS and office applications.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain and operate workstations, printers and network devices.
• Set up commercial software on networked and standalone machines.
• Configure local server software and peripherals.
• Create and manage user access via directory services.
• Work with Active Directory and group policy.
• Handle support requests and service queues.
• Package software for automated deployment across devices.
• Contribute to security compliance and remediation work.
• Log and route incident, change, and asset information in the service-management system.
