WLG in Mons, Belgium, is seeking a hands-on IT administrator to manage computing, printing and network equipment across a multinational defence site. You will install, configure and troubleshoot on-site, ensuring smooth operation for desk and mobile users.

The role focuses on deploying software, managing AD access and maintaining security posture while supporting the wider IT infrastructure team. This is a strictly on-site post with daily user interaction.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional certification.
• Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
• Experience with Active Directory objects, user accounts and permissions.
• Three years in a communications and information systems environment.
• Three years supporting users, desktop hardware and desktop software.
• Three years in an IT administration role.
• Solid grasp of how personal computers are built and rolled out.
• Experience with current operating systems and office automation software.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain and operate workstations, printers and network devices.
• Set up software on networked and standalone machines and the network client software.
• Configure local server software and peripherals.
• Create and maintain user access and troubleshoot for desks and mobile devices.
• Work with Active Directory units and group policy.
• Handle support requests, work orders and queue items.
• Package software for automatic deployment across machines.
• Contribute to security compliance and remediation work.
• Feed incident, change, configuration and asset management through the service-management toolkit.
