Wlgroup is seeking an IT administrator to manage the computing, printing and network kit used by a multinational defence organisation in Mons, Belgium. The role involves on-site installation, configuration and repair, working alongside the users you support.

You will install software, configure servers and peripherals, manage user access and troubleshoot across fixed desks and mobile devices, leveraging AD/GP and SCCM.)

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ or MCITP certification required.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager).
• Experience with Active Directory objects, user accounts & permissions.
• Three years in a communications and information systems environment.
• Three years supporting users, desktop hardware & software.
• Strong understanding of PC hardware build and rollout processes.
• Familiarity with current operating systems and office automation software.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and maintain workstations, printers and network devices.
• Set up commercial software on networked and standalone machines; install network clients.
• Configure local server software and peripherals.
• Create and manage user access; troubleshoot for desks and mobile devices.
• Work with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Handle service requests, work orders and queue management.
• Package software for automatic deployment across machines.
• Contribute to security compliance and remediation work.
• Log incidents and changes in the service-management toolkit.
