Alvarez & Marsal in Brussels seeks a senior professional to lead financial due diligence engagements within the Global Transaction Advisory Group. You will work closely with Managing Directors andtarget high-profile transactions across industries, delivering commercial insights and robust valuations.

You should have senior-level experience in Transaction Services, with PE and blue-chip exposure, plus training in Transaction Advisory at a Big Four firm, and strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience in financial due diligence (Transaction Services) with exposure to private equity and/or blue-chip corporates.
• Training and experience in Transaction Advisory at a Big Four firm.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on delivering impactful results.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver complex financial due diligence engagements, working closely with Managing Directors.
• Gain broad industry exposure, working with large-cap and mid-cap private equity houses, corporate clients, and financial institutions.
• Provide commercial insights and valuation considerations that drive transactions.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial professionals to enhance your understanding of the broader due diligence process.
• Develop relationships with clients and build your external network.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to their professional growth.
• Internally network with other A&M service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
