PwC Belgium is seeking a Transaction Services Manager to lead high‑impact due diligence engagements and guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex deals. You will work directly with clients and deal stakeholders to deliver insights, value and strategic recommendations across industries.

The role requires 5–7 years in related fields, a strong financial acumen and a collaborative leadership style. Hybrid work options and a broad development program are in place.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, M&A advisory, or transaction services.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Accounting or related field.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities with knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements across a broad range of industries and deal sizes.
• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery with emphasis on quality and timeliness.
• Analyze financial performance, earnings quality, working capital trends, cash flows and key value drivers.
• Apply advanced financial analysis, Excel modelling and data analytics to generate insights.
• Collaborate with strategy consulting, operations, tax, legal, HR, technology and managed services teams.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients, investors, advisors and senior executives.
• Lead client presentations, workshops and discussions, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Identify commercial opportunities and support business development and client proposals.
• Promote innovation using data-driven methodologies to improve client outcomes.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members and foster an inclusive environment.
