Job summary

PwC Belgium is looking for a Transaction Services Expert to lead high-impact due diligence engagements across diverse industries. You will work with clients, deal stakeholders and specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes, coaching teams and driving value with data-driven insights.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, M&A advisory or related services, a Master’s in Finance or related field, and strong Excel/Power BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Proven experience in financial due diligence, M&A and transaction services.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities and accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Alteryx is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements across industries.
• Plan, budget, and deliver engagements with high quality and timeliness.
• Analyze performance, cash flows and value drivers to support decisions.
• Apply advanced financial analysis and data analytics techniques.
• Collaborate with strategy, tax, legal, HR and technology teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and present findings clearly.
• Identify business opportunities and support proposals.
• Promote innovative data-driven methodologies for client outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and guide decision-making through transactions.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
• Foster inclusive collaboration and high-performing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement within the practice.
