The role involves overseeing due diligence across transactions, guiding clients through complexities, and coordinating with teams to deliver insights and value.

You'll manage project deliverables, coach junior staff, and build strong client relationships while ensuring rigorous financial analysis and clear communication throughout the engagement

Qualifications

• Master degree and more than 5 years of experience in Transactions.
• Good accounting knowledge.
• Team player with relationship-building ability.
• Independent with professional assertiveness.
• Project management and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence for sales/purchases and identify issues.
• Understand key business drivers and provide client value.
• Liaise with target and client at all levels.
