Job summary

Deloitte Belgium is seeking an (Senior) Consultant in our Transaction Services group to support clients with financial advice during M&A or transformation projects, including due diligence, valuations, modeling and SPA advice. You’ll work with a team of experienced professionals on a wide range of client engagements.

The role requires a Master’s degree with finance/economy background and 2–5 years of related experience; multilingual ability (Dutch, French, English) and strong

Qualifications

Master's degree with a post-graduate education in finance or economy.
2 to 5 years of audit experience and/or other M&A related experience.
Experience in financial due diligence and valuations is a strong asset.
Team player with very good communication, analytical and report writing skills.
Ideal candidate speaks Dutch, French and English; good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support clients with financial advice during M&A or transformation projects.
Collaborate with M&A and Strategy professionals across multiple clients.
Contribute to sector approach and business development within Strategy & Transactions.
