Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Belgium seeks a Director in the Financial Due Diligence team to lead transaction diligence and value creation for PE and corporate clients. You will supervise end-to-end financial due diligence, manage teams, liaise with clients at all levels, and deliver reports and recommendations that influence deal outcomes.

You will guide complex analyses, coach junior professionals, and contribute to business development while upholding EY standards of quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Master degree and more than 5 years of working experience in Transactions.
• Good accounting knowledge.
• Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with professional assertiveness.
• Project management skills and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing financial due diligence procedures related to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses.
• Identify issues relevant to the transaction and assess impact.
• Liaise with target and client at all levels and deliverables.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the team and department.
• Prepare reports, presentations and client discussions.
