• Analyze financial statements, operational data, and business plans to adjust EBITDA, working capital, and net debt for valuations.
• Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence by coordinating with target management.
• Prepare due diligence reports with financial analyses, charts, and conclusions for client decisions.
• Coordinate with tax, legal, and other teams to deliver comprehensive due diligence services.
• Assist in preparing proposals for new or existing clients to drive growth.
