Job summary

Infosys Limited in Mechelen, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to deliver advanced end-user support and act as escalation point for L1 teams, ensuring a seamless digital workplace across multiple sites.

You will manage incidents within SLA, support Windows and macOS, maintain technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers while traveling between Mechelen offices and retail locations as required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, Desktop Support, or End User Computing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting VIP users, Retail Operations, and meeting room technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Preferred: Microsoft 365, Intune or ITIL Certifications.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge and language proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for L1 support teams.
• Provide Priority Support for VIP users, Retail Stores, Multi-Location Sites, On-Call Operations, and Meeting Rooms.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, operating system, network, and application issues.
• Support Windows and macOS devices in an enterprise environment.
• Manage incidents and requests within SLA commitments.
• Create technical documentation and mentor L1 engineers.
