Job summary

Infosys Limited in Mechelen, Belgium seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to provide advanced end-user support and act as an escalation point for L1 teams across multiple locations. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, Desktop Support, or End-User Computing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune and Active Directory.
• Experience supporting VIP users, Retail Operations, and meeting room technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Dutch, French and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for L1 support teams.

Preferred

• Microsoft 365, Intune or ITIL Certifications.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Dutch, French and English language proficiency.

Additional Business Requirements

• Provide onsite IT support for corporate offices and retail locations as
• per business requirements.
• Candidate must be willing to travel between multiple business sites
• and retail shops to deliver end-user support, device troubleshooting,
• installations, and operational assistance.

The role requires regular onsite presence at the following locations:

• Telenet – Liersesteenweg 4, B-2800 Mechelen
• Wyre – Blarenberglaan 2C, Mechelen
• Play Media – Vilvoorde

Support may be required at retail stores and customer-facing
locations to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Flexibility to travel across assigned locations and shops based on
operational needs is mandatory
