Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our IT team in Mechelen/Vilvoorde, Belgium. You will be the first point of contact for users, delivering prompt and effective L1 technical assistance and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Qualifications

2+ years of onsite IT support experience in enterprise environments.
Act as first point of contact via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Resolve hardware, software, and network issues or escalate as needed.
Log, categorize, prioritize requests and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, effective IT L1 support and triage user issues.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems or escalate as needed.
Manage tickets and communicate status to users within SLAs.
Travel between Mechelen and Vilvoorde locations to provide onsite support.
