EngiFlex BV in Belgium seeks a seasoned Change Manager to drive change across strategic programmes and HRIS-related projects. You will coach project teams on people aspects, develop change narratives, map stakeholders, and design plans that boost engagement and adoption.

You will lead workshops, deliver training, and support rollout of new departments, with a focus on both blue-collar and white-collar groups. Fluent in FR/NL/EN, you thrive in a regulated public environment and diverse sectors.

Competenze

• Solid experience in change management within complex programmes and strategic transformation projects.
• Proven experience supporting the implementation and positioning of a new department or team.
• Hands-on experience with change management in HRIS-related projects.
• Familiar with change initiatives involving both operator profiles (blue collar) and digital/administrative profiles (white collar).
• Experience with establishing and implementing a Change Office.
• Knowledge of handling resistance to change in complex project settings.
• Experience in a regulated public environment, in an HR context, and ideally in the energy sector.
• Worked across at least three different sectors.
• Comfortable with business process optimization and project management.
• Proficient with Excel and Power BI.
• Certified in Prosci/ADKAR, or have held this certification in the past.
• Familiar with methodologies such as ADKAR (Prosci), Kotter and Lewin.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
