Job summary

Consort Group in Brussels, Belgium, seeks an experienced Change Manager (Freelance) to lead strategic transformation initiatives and embed a sustainable change culture across multiple departments and teams. You will coach project managers, map stakeholders, and develop change plans within a regulated environment.

You will coordinate change delivery on strategic projects and support the Change Office, contributing to adoption, training, and communication material development.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Change Management.
• Experience supporting strategic transformation initiatives in complex organisations.
• Experience in a highly regulated public-sector environment.
• Experience across at least 3 different sectors.
• Proven experience in change management for the implementation and positioning of a new department and team.
• Experience managing change for both operational and field-based employees (blue-collar) and digital or administrative employees (white-collar).
• Experience with multilevel reporting.
• Experience supporting change management during an HRIS implementation.
• Certification in ADKAR/Prosci, or previous certification in these methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate project narratives and change communication strategies.
• Identify and map stakeholders impacted by transformation initiatives.
• Assess project impacts on different stakeholder groups and identify the changes they will experience.
• Define change management plans, including activities to build engagement and adoption.
• Develop clear and engaging communication materials.
• Design and deliver training initiatives.
• Organise, facilitate and lead workshops and events.
• Support the implementation and positioning of new departments and teams.
• Contribute to the implementation of digital tools, including HRIS solutions and tools for technical and field-based employees.
• Support the Corporate Change Manager in defining and implementing an action plan to embed a sustainable change culture.
