Expleo Belgium seeks an experienced HR Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end HR projects from planning to post-launch evaluation. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, shape governance, and accelerate learning initiatives across the HR function.

The role requires strong change management, stakeholder engagement and storytelling skills, with fluency in English and Dutch and/or French. A hybrid work model and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR project management and HR transformation.
• Proven experience in Learning & Development and performance management.
• Strong understanding of organisational effectiveness, process redesign and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and storytelling skills.
• Good level of English and Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end HR projects from planning to post-launch evaluation.
• Define objectives, deliverables, timelines, governance, resources, risks and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and provide regular progress updates to HR leadership.
• Lead performance management initiatives and development planning.
• Support HR transformation and new ways of working across HR.
• Analyse and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Facilitate workshops for process redesign, workflow optimisation and role clarification.
• Support implementation and adoption of new HR processes and operating models.
• Drive continuous improvement across Learning & Development and HR service delivery.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and employees to translate strategy into practical solutions.
