Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Change Management within complex organizational environments.
• 5+ years supporting HRIS implementations and digital tool rollouts.
• Experience in a publicly regulated environment across multiple sectors.
• Experience delivering change for blue-collar and white-collar profiles.
• Knowledge of ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter’s model.
• Professional certification in ADKAR or Prosci.
• Experience with multilevel reporting and stakeholder engagement at corporate levels.
• Proactive approach to managing resistance and driving culture shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate change narratives to align stakeholders with goals.
• Map stakeholder groups to assess impact and transition strategies.
• Define change management plans for engagement and adoption.
• Create communication materials and deliver trainings for diverse profiles.
• Facilitate workshops and events to support stakeholder visibility.
• Measure adoption levels and refine strategies using Agile principles.
