Job summary

Sibelga is seeking a Senior Business Change Manager within its People & Tech Solutions environment in Brussels. The role blends 70% strategic project change delivery with 30% Change Office support and culture implementation to drive a sustainable change culture across the organisation.

You will coach project managers on change activities, support HRIS implementations, and help position a new department while aligning with agile principles. Strong multi-stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of senior change management experience
• Proven experience in a strong public regulated environment
• Proven experience in at least three different sectors
• Proven change management experience with HRIS implementation
• Fluency in both French and Dutch
