You will position IQVIA’s RDS capabilities as a catalyst for innovation and speed in drug development, while managing strategic accounts and guiding cross-functional teams to close high-value deals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in Clinical Research Organizations with a focus on large-scale clinical programs.
• Proven success in managing and growing strategic accounts within mid-size pharma.
• Strong understanding of global clinical development, regulatory pathways, and therapeutic area dynamics.
• Executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets by selling to pharmaceutical clients across IQVIA's offering suite.
• Maintain deep knowledge of IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for target accounts.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and understand customer organizations.
