Capgemini FS Belgium is seeking an energetic Senior Business Development Director to lead the Banking sector growth. You will identify, qualify, shape, and close strategic opportunities across Belgian financial services, acting as trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Leadership experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Fluent Dutch/Flemish and English; French is a strong asset.
• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Banking sales strategy for the Belgian market.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across existing and new clients.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales, bookings, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams across Capgemini entities.
• Leverage partnerships with technology ecosystem players and run executive workshops with stakeholders.
