Cognizant is seeking a Client Partner in Belgium to drive growth in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance. Based at our Bruxelles headquarters with a hybrid work model, you will manage end-to-end accounts, lead senior client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to expand our service portfolio.

You will own the P&L for key accounts, focus on revenue growth, and work with delivery, operations and finance to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a client-facing role or account leadership role.
• Proven C-suite network in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance accounts in Belgium.
• Experience leading diverse teams in a multicultural environment with global delivery.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable growth by closing new, renewal, and expansion opportunities in BFSI strategic accounts.
• Develop client engagement strategies and quantify costs of pursuit.
• Lead accountability for Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines and report on market performance.
• Lead a team of Account Managers and collaborate with multiple Cognizant service lines to implement business plans.
