Job summary

Squareflow is seeking a Business Developer to strengthen our Belgium presence. You will build new client relationships, develop our commercial footprint, and work closely with project teams to deliver true value.

Based in Belgium, you will drive growth through multichannel outreach, qualify leads, manage the full sales cycle, and support consultants in client relations, collaborating with the sales and consulting teams for a seamless, value-driven client journey.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a sales or business development role, ideally in ERP or IT consulting
• Bachelor and/or Master degree in Commercial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent
• Bilingual French/Dutch with good English
• Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation challenges
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Autonomous, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Solid professional network in Belgium
• Familiarity with ERP / CRM tools, especially Odoo

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a commercial plan for the Belgian market
• Identify and prospect new clients through multi-channel outreach
• Qualify leads and align them with Squareflow's Odoo solutions
• Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
• Support project managers and consultants in their commercial relationships
• Collaborate with consulting teams to ensure a smooth handover and client experience
• Contribute to building and improving sales processes and go-to-market approach
• Contribute to the daily development of Squareflow
