Job summary

VOI is seeking a hands-on Fleet Specialist Team Lead in Belgium to divide time between repair tasks (80%) and team management (20%). You will hire, train and track performance while ensuring safety and efficiency across a team of Fleet Specialists.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for new vehicles, upholding quality standards, mentoring staff, and planning shift schedules with site managers. Fluency in English and French and a driving license are required.

Qualifications

• A valid driving license.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with repairing scooters.
• Previous leadership experience and skills in promoting and nurturing team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools (MS Office and G-suite).

• Logistics: support and collaborate on receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles.
