Job summary

VOI is seeking a hands-on Fleet Specialist Team Lead in Belgium to drive repair operations and mentor a team of Fleet Specialists. The role blends practical repair tasks with leadership, focusing on hiring, training and performance follow-up to boost efficiency.

As a key driver of quality and talent development, you will ensure safe, timely repair processes and collaborate with site managers to optimize schedules, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driving license.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with repairing scooters.
• Previous leadership experience and ability to promote and nurture team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools, including MS Office and G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Divide time between repair tasks (80%) and managerial duties (20%).
• Lead and develop Fleet Specialists, including hiring, training and performance follow-up.
• Collaborate with team to receive, pack and deploy new vehicles and maintain logistics.
• Identify and rectify damaged vehicles, ensuring quality standards.
• Plan schedules with site managers to optimize shifts and team performance.
