Job summary

VOI is seeking a hands-on Fleet Specialist Team Lead in Belgium to manage a team of Fleet Specialists and split time between repair tasks and leadership duties. You will hire, train, and coach staff while ensuring safe, efficient operations and maintaining high quality standards.

The role requires hands-on oversight of scooter maintenance, proactive process improvements, and close collaboration with site managers to optimise scheduling and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license is required.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience repairing scooters.
• Past leadership roles and ability to foster team collaboration.
• Comfort with digital tools: MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Fleet Specialists and balance repair tasks (80%) with managerial duties (20%).
• Hire, train, and monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate logistics for receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles.
• Identify and fix damaged vehicles to uphold quality standards.
• Plan shifts with site managers to optimize schedules and execution.
• Foster talent and a proactive, positive team culture.
