Job summary

VOI in Brussels is seeking a Fleet Specialist Team Lead who splits time 80% on repair tasks and 20% on managerial duties, including hiring, training and performance follow-up.

You will lead a team of Fleet Specialists, handle logistics for new vehicles, ensure quality, and optimize shift planning with site managers. English and French fluency, driving license, scooter repair experience, and hands-on leadership are essential for Belgium's micromobility pioneer.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Previous leadership experience and ability to lead teams.

• Valid driving license and scooter repair familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Logistics: Support team with receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles.
• Upholding Quality Standards: Identify and rectify damaged vehicles with the team.
• Team Management: Oversee activities, ensure safety and efficiency, and improve processes.
• Cultivating Talent: Interview, train, and nurture a high-performing team environment.
• Synergistic Planning: Collaborate with site managers to optimize schedules and shifts.
