You will supervise fleet technicians, ensure safety, quality, and efficient workflows, and work with site managers to optimize schedules.

Requirements include a valid driving license, fluency in English and French, scooter repair experience, leadership skills, and proficiency with MS Office and G-suite.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving license.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience repairing scooters.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience.
• Strong ownership mentality and proactive attitude.
• Basic proficiency with common digital tools (MS Office, G-suite).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Fleet Specialists.
• Split time between repair tasks (80%) and managerial duties (20%).

• Ensure safety and efficiency of all operations and processes.
