You will oversee logistics, quality control, team management, talent development, and planning with site managers to optimize shifts.

This role requires a valid driving license, fluency in English and French, scooter repair experience, and a proactive ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• A valid driving license.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with repairing scooters.
• Previous leadership experience and skills in promoting and nurturing team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge and ability to use digital tools, including MS Office and G-suite.
• A strong sense of ownership and a proactive and positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Oversee repair tasks and logistics for new vehicles.
• Uphold quality standards by identifying and rectifying damaged vehicles.
• Manage the Fleet Specialists team, ensuring tasks are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Interview, train, and nurture a team environment to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with site managers to optimize shift planning and execution.
