VOI in Belgium is seeking a hands-on Fleet Specialist Team Lead to balance 80% repair tasks with 20% people leadership. You will hire, train, and monitor performance while guiding a team of Fleet Specialists across logistics, quality control, and scheduling.

Ideal candidates have a valid driving license, fluency in English and French, scooter repair experience, and a proactive mindset. MS Office and G-suite familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• A valid driving license.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience with repairing scooters.
• Previous leadership experience and skills in promoting and nurturing team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge and ability to use digital tools, including MS Office and G-suite.
• A strong sense of ownership and a proactive and positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Logistics: Supporting and collaborating with the team on receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles.
• Upholding Quality Standards: Collaborating closely with the team to identify and rectify damaged vehicles in the best possible way.
