Voi is seeking a hands-on Fleet Specialist Team Lead in Belgium to split time between repair tasks and leadership duties. You will hire, train, and mentor a team of Fleet Specialists, while coordinating with site managers to optimize shifts.

A valid driving license and scooter-repair experience are required, with Fluent English and French as key communication assets. The role combines operational excellence with talent development to drive safe, efficient workflows and ongoing improvements

Qualifications

• Hands-on team leader with proactive mindset and ability to drive day-to-day improvements.
• Valid driving license required.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience repairing scooters.
• Experience promoting and nurturing team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools (MS Office and Google Suite).

Responsabilités

• Lead Fleet Specialists, split 80% repair tasks and 20% managerial duties.
• Oversee scheduling, safety, and performance of the fleet team.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Collaborate with site managers to optimize shift planning.
• Uphold quality standards by rectifying damaged vehicles.
• Promote continuous improvement and talent cultivation.
