VOI is seeking a Fleet Specialist Team Lead in Belgium to split time between hands-on scooter repairs and 20% managerial duties, including hiring, training and performance follow-up. You will coordinate with site managers to optimise work schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

We require a hands-on leader with a valid driving license, fluent in English and French, and experience in scooter repairs, plus strong ownership and proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Hands-on team leader who can roll up their sleeves and drive improvements.
• Experience with scooter repairs and fleet maintenance operations.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel as needed.
• Proven leadership and mentoring to foster collaboration and performance.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace for daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Repair tasks for fleet scooters (primary 80%) and associated quality checks.
• Hire, train and follow up on performance of Fleet Specialists (20%).
• Coordinate logistics with site managers for receiving, packing and deploying vehicles.
• Identify process improvements and help implement them to meet targets.
• Schedule shifts and actively plan to optimise team productivity.
