Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a Sales DMA Manager to lead a team of off-roll DMAs and drive dealership sales targets. You will verify customer documents, submit ICAS records, and dispatch agreements with precision and speed.

You will promote finance schemes, maintain dealer relationships, and manage KYC/document checks per policy while monitoring competition and driving lead conversion across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC.
• Off Roll Sales experience required.
• Maximum age 30 years.
• Any Graduate/PG/MBA as educational background.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of off-roll sales DMAs to achieve sales targets at the dealership.
• Verify customer documents in originals and scan/fill details in ICAS; submit promptly.
• Promote and sell finance schemes to customers inside/outside the dealership.
• Maintain and improve relationships with dealers; address daily queries.
• Perform KYC and document verification in line with company policy.
• Monitor competitor activity at the dealership and location.
• Drive enquiries and manage follow-ups for open leads.
