Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager for Onchain Compliance to design and scale AI-first onboarding, training, and certification for a fast-moving GTM team. You will build AI-driven content, roleplays, and knowledge checks, partnering with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, and Deployment.

You will enable the field with credible messaging around crypto compliance, AML/CFT, and regulatory changes, while delivering personalized development paths and automation to grow a small team’s impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or related GTM function.
• Working knowledge of crypto compliance, AML/CFT, or financial-crime risk.
• Experience building onboarding, training, and certification programs for sales or customer-facing teams.
• Ability to learn complex topics quickly and turn them into practical AI-enabled resources.

Responsibilities

• Own segment-specific onboarding built as an AI-first system to accelerate productivity.
• Create training, roleplays, and talk tracks from real data with AI adaptation.
• Run ongoing training and certification across discovery, product mastery, and compliance fundamentals.
• Develop AI-driven personalized development paths for GTM team members.
• Implement AI quality checks to ensure accurate compliance messaging.
• Automate repetitive enablement work and scale programs with agents.
