BIA Group is seeking a finance-focused professional to support and develop sales activities with a financial and customer-oriented approach. You will be the entry point for group customer financing topics and play a key role in structuring transactions and managing treasury to align with sales goals.

The role involves collaborating with insurers, banks, and commercial partners worldwide, leading new financial initiatives, and training sales teams to implement risk-controlled financing solutions.

Qualifications

• Master Degree or equivalent in Finance/ Banking.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
• At least 4 years experience in a financial/banking environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide long-term, comprehensive support to sales for financial structuring of transactions (credit & political risk coverage, financing, forex hedging).
• Manage BIA treasury with a proactive view on future sales.
• Meet with clients to discuss business models and support project development.
• Maintain relationships with credit insurers, financial institutions, and key stakeholders worldwide.
• Lead new financial partner relations and create financial products addressing client needs.
• Participate in Group investment committees.
• Train sales teams to structure risk-free transactions and implement procedures.
• Set up required credit facilities for subsidiaries with partner institutions.
• Inform and hand over files to implementation teams.
