Job summary

Hawaiian Poké Bowl Kinepolis Antwerp is seeking a hands-on restaurant manager with 1–3 years in hospitality to lead our opening team. You will coach staff, work on the floor, and ensure fast, friendly service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory control, KPI tracking, and HACCP compliance. You will stay calm under pressure, take ownership of operations, and work evenings and weekends during the opening phase.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant hospitality management experience.
• Experience leading and coaching a team.
• Hands-on leader on the restaurant floor.
• Knowledge of staff scheduling, inventory management, and KPIs.
• Familiar with HACCP guidelines.
• Guest-focused and solution-oriented.
• Able to stay calm and organised during busy periods.
• Willing to complete training at other Hawaiian restaurants during onboarding.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Job description

Who are you?

• You have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality as a manager, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• You have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
• You are a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the restaurant floor and actively working alongside the team.
• You have knowledge of operational processes such as staff scheduling, inventory management, and KPIs.
• You are familiar with HACCP guidelines and work accurately.
• You are guest-focused, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm and organised during busy periods.
• You take initiative, are confident in making decisions, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
• You are willing to complete training at other Hawaiian restaurants during your onboarding period to ensure you are fully prepared for the opening.
