Job summary

Hawaiian Poké Bowl Kinepolis Antwerp is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Team Lead to join the opening crew. You will lead, coach, and motivate a team on the restaurant floor, manage staff scheduling, inventories, and KPIs, and ensure HACCP compliance while delivering guest-focused service.

Flexible to work evenings and weekends, you will participate in onboarding across Hawaiian locations and contribute to a successful opening planned for mid-December.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
• Hands-on leader who enjoys actively working alongside the team on the restaurant floor.
• Knowledge of operational processes such as staff scheduling, inventory management, and KPIs.
• Familiar with HACCP guidelines and work accurately.
• Guest-focused, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm and organised during busy periods.
• Take initiative, are confident in taking responsibility, and have a solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
• Willing to complete training at other Hawaiian restaurants during onboarding to ensure readiness for the opening.
