SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join a global team delivering intelligent support. You will handle technical queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex tickets.

The role requires fluent English and French (C1) and at least 1 year in tech support in a fast-paced environment. Remote work and USD compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and French communication skills (C1 for both).
• At least 1 year in a customer support role (tech support preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support (APIs, OS, SaaS tools).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with step-by-step guidance.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Document interactions in CRM; maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
