You will help customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels, understand needs, and provide clear, effective solutions from first contact to resolution.

Qualifications

• French language at C1/C2 level and English at B2 level
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements.
• Stay up to date with products, services, policies, and procedures through training.
