The ideal candidate has professional fluency in French and English, two years of experience in software support, and proficiency in Linux and cloud services. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in software support engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with cloud operations supporting production environments.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tooling.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for global customers.
• Maintain customer infrastructure supporting deployment lifecycle.
• Build monitoring dashboards and tune alerts.
