Integrated DNA Technologies is seeking a Software Support Engineer to provide technical support for cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will contribute to resolving technical issues related to genomics workflows and will be responsible for maintaining customer infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in software support engineering, cloud operations, or a related technical field.
• Experience with Linux system administration and AWS cloud services.
• Working proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Maintain customer infrastructure using Terraform, AWS, EKS, Linux, and containers.
• Contribute to monitoring and observability systems, building Grafana dashboards.
