Integrated DNA Technologies is seeking a Software Support Engineer who will provide technical support across a global customer fleet, focusing on genomics workflows. The role requires bilingual proficiency in French and English, two years of relevant experience, and skills in Linux and AWS.

This fully remote position involves diagnosing technical issues, maintaining infrastructures, and automating processes. Ideal candidates will have exposure to Terraform and Grafana, with nice-to-have experience in bioinformatics or healthcare IT.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in software support engineering, cloud operations, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tooling.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Maintain customer infrastructure using Terraform, AWS, EKS, Linux, and containers.
• Build Grafana dashboards and tune alerts.
