Integrated DNA Technologies is seeking a Software Support Engineer to deliver technical support for global customers and maintain cloud and on-premises environments supporting genomics workflows. The ideal candidate will have professional fluency in French and English, along with experience in software support engineering and cloud operations.

This fully remote position includes diagnosing issues for production deployments and contributing to monitoring systems. Candidates should have skills in Linux, AWS, and automation scripting.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in software support engineering, cloud operations, or a related technical field.
• Experience with cloud and on-premises production environments.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tooling.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in genomics workflows.
• Maintain customer infrastructure using Terraform, AWS, and containers.
• Develop automation scripts to reduce operational toil.
