Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) seeks a Senior Manager, Business Development – Clinical Solutions to drive accelerated growth of NGS Clinical Solutions across the EMEA region. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding revenue, and securing IDT as a preferred partner in end-to-end clinical genomics workflows.

The position is fully remote and reports to the Director of Sales, NGS Clinical Solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Science required with 5+ years business development experience.
• Minimum 7 years sales experience in molecular biology reagents, lab consumables, or capital equipment in clinical settings.
• Proven ability to engage executive-level decision-makers and shape adoption strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop a 3–5 year strategic commercial growth plan for the EMEA region.
• Position IDT as a primary or preferred provider for NGS Clinical Solutions workflows.
• Drive cross-portfolio engagement to embed IDT offerings in key accounts.
• Build a thought leadership network and strengthen IDT’s market leadership position.
• Apply deep expertise in IDT’s NGS Clinical Solutions across customer needs and market dynamics.
