You will deliver instructor‑led and online trainings, create manuals and e‑learning content, and provide first‑level user support to empower end users of critical applications.

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in IT training and end‑user support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve instructor‑led and online training sessions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, user manuals, FAQs, e‑learning content, and online help resources.
• Provide first‑level support to end‑users via email, phone, and collaboration tools.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
• Support application testing activities and contribute to quality assurance processes.
• Facilitate the rollout and adoption of new digital tools and services across the organization.

We are looking for an experienced User Documentation & Training Consultant to support the adoption and effective use of key digital solutions within the European Institutions.

In this role, you will combine training delivery, content creation, user support, and stakeholder collaboration, helping end‑users get the most out of business‑critical applications while contributing to ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Profile requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in IT training and end‑user support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
• Experience interacting with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Technical Skills

• Excellent command of Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience creating training documentation, user guides, tutorials, and knowledge base content.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Visio, Captivate, Camtasia, GIMP, HTML, or ITIL is considered an asset.
• Experience with testing activities and user acceptance support is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
