Esko in Belgium is seeking a Field Service Engineer – Flexo Solutions to install, maintain and troubleshoot CDI/XPS hardware and flexo software in customer production environments. You will provide on-site and remote support across Belgium, Netherlands and occasional travel to France, UK and Nordic regions.

You will leverage your experience with laser imaging, exposure devices and flexographic workflows to optimize print quality and efficiency while delivering training and detailed service

Qualifications

• Experienced field service engineer with exposure to printing tech.
• Strong troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical problems and customer support.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site & remote technical support in Belgium and the Netherlands, with travel to France, the UK and Nordic regions.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot CDI/XPS hardware.
• Instruct customers on Esko hardware usage and front-end software.
• Install & configure Flexo software solutions and optimize print quality.
• Submit detailed service reports and coordinate spare parts requests.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to resolve issues quickly.
