Xeikon International invites an HQ Service Engineer to install, commission and service our dry-toner printing engines at customers across EMEA and beyond.

After training, you’ll take full ownership of service interventions on behalf of Xeikon Headquarters, travel up to 75% and work with English and Dutch speakers. The role demands hands-on mechanical expertise, strong problem solving and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Up to 75% global travel.
• English and Dutch; any additional language is a plus.
• Some years of experience in machine maintenance or field engineering is considered a plus.
• Capable of working with a multi-meter.
• Hands-on and customer-oriented.
• Analytical skills: translates information into pragmatic analyses and actions.
• Ability to learn new information relevant to work.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission and service Xeikon dry-toner printing engines at customers.
• Perform global service interventions on Xeikon equipment.
• Take ownership of an installation and/or service interventions.
• Report quality-related issues internally and follow-up.
